Dr. Carrie is a trained, compassionate therapist who can help you approach life’s struggles from a new, informed perspective. In our confidential and supportive environment, you’ll have room to express, explore and learn how to apply skillful action to cope with difficult situations. It’s from this more-whole vantage point, supported by a practiced counselor, that you’ll begin to breakaway from old, limiting patterns. Then, as you begin to see and feel more choice in your world, you’ll be able make new decisions aligned with your vision and values so you can live a more full life.
Therapy starts with the foundational belief that the person is not the problem; the problem is the problem. With this in mind, healing can begin at a deep level. Using evidence-based techniques and approaches, the goal of our practice is that clients leave counseling feeling more confidence about managing life’s twists and turns. In therapy, clients gain understanding about how they arrived at the point they are at and then are able to learn and utilize tools to set themselves up for success in the future.

A licensed, Colorado Psychologist, Dr. Carrie McCrudden offers therapeutic and counseling services to both individuals and families. Trained in multiple theories and modalities such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dr. Carrie helps clients work through pain from anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, depression and other life challenges.
Dr. Carrie’s practice is located in Denver at 2855 N. Speer Boulevard. Her office hours are Monday through Thursday with daytime and some evening appointments available. Virtual therapy is available!
