The foundation of our therapy is that the person is not the problem; the problem is the problem. With this in mind, healing can begin at a deep level. Using evidence-based techniques and therapies, the goal of therapy is that clients leave counseling feeling better about themselves, gain understanding about how they arrived at the point they are at and then are able use the tools we work with in therapy, to set themselves up for success in the future.

Therapy Services

A licensed, Colorado Psychologist, Dr. Carrie McCrudden offers therapeutic services to both individuals and families. Trained in multiple theories and modalities such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to name a few, Dr. Carrie helps clients work through pain from depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders and other life challenges.

Dr. Carrie’s practice is located in Denver at 2855 N. Speer Boulevard. Her office hours are Monday through Thursday with daytime and some evening appointments available.
