At Colorado Therapy Care, we combine cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative approaches and trauma specific treatments such as EMDR to give you the tools you need to get unstuck, feel better and move towards your ideal life. We take good care to listen to your needs and work on your goals, using proven techniques that really work.
Therapy typically works best when you need to feel heard and understood, want to make some changes and are willing to come in and explore what is is working, and what isn’t working in your life. You can expect to come in once a week, or every other week, for between 5 to 10 sessions. We schedule times that work for you Monday-Thursday, at our comfortable, easy to get to location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Denver.
