What type of therapy do you provide?
The foundation of Colorado Therapy Care, PC is helping people overcome life’s challenges, feel better and move forward towards their preferred life. She draws most often from cognitive-behavioral, narrative and trauma specific therapies such as EMDR to help clients work through their pain. Dr. Carrie is a collaborative, open-minded, warm, friendly and trustworthy therapist who works with clients to meet their goals.
How long will it take to feel better?
Dr. Carrie works with each individual to determine what approach and duration of therapy will be most helpful. Some clients seek short term therapy (5-10 sessions), others stay for a year or more to do in-depth work. An average client will stay for 10 sessions, and meet for therapy on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
