Dr. Carrie has 15 years experience in performing diagnostic evaluations and assessments. She uses a formal mental status examination, symptom focused questions, history gathering and other techniques to uncover and explain your presenting symptoms and assign a diagnosis if warranted. Formal reports are included in this service.
